About University Commission for International Programmes
On June 30, 2001 University Commission for International Programmes (UCIP) was founded by the Conference of Rectors of Universities in Poland.
Aims:
To promote cooperation between universities in Poland in the area of
international research and educational programmes with a view to improve
competitiveness of Polish teams applying for funds under the European Union
Framework Programmes (5FP and 6FP)
To
solve problems related to financing educational and
research activities of Universities with public funding

provide training for UCIP representatives in
research administration
To provide information for UCIP members on numerous possibilities of obtaining
international, and particularly European Union, funds for research activities
